Account deletion

Delete your Devotional account.

You can delete your account from inside the Devotional app. This removes the account and associated devotional data from our active systems.

In the app

  1. 1. Open Devotional and sign in.
  2. 2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. 3. Choose Delete Account.
  4. 4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Email support

If you cannot access the app, email support from the email address on your Devotional account. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Account deletion removes your Devotional account, journal entries, lesson progress, highlights and annotations, prayer requests you created, companion chat conversations, and push notification tokens from active systems. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or backup integrity.
